This notice explains how Cùng Học Toán receives and uses information when you visit the website, send an enquiry or discuss online classes. Please contact contact@cunghoctoan.com about your personal information.

Information you submit through the form

The contact form has seven fields: reason for contacting us, name, role, reply email, level or grade, convenient times and your enquiry. The reason, name, role, email and enquiry are required; grade and availability are optional. The notification email also identifies the page from which the enquiry was submitted.

We use this information to receive questions, respond about self-study resources, discuss learning needs and agree class details where registration is pursued. Sending an enquiry does not confirm enrollment or payment. For a younger learner, please use the parent or guardian’s contact details. Do not send identity documents, school reports or payment information through the form.

Email and sending logs

The form is configured to send enquiries to contact@cunghoctoan.com. We use the email you provide to reply. Mailbox and email-delivery services process correspondence to send, receive and store messages.

The website keeps email-sending logs to check sending results and troubleshoot problems. These logs may contain the sender, recipient, subject, message body, time and sending status. The current retention setting for website mail logs is 14 days. This applies to those logs, not to an automatic deletion schedule for mailbox messages or all backups.

Email correspondence is managed separately from technical logs; this notice does not specify an automatic deletion period for mailbox messages. You can ask us to review information that remains stored as described below.

Technical data, cookies and spam protection

The website uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish people from bots and reduce spam. This service processes technical signals such as IP addresses and browser information. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

The server and supporting services may process technical data to operate and protect the website. WordPress functions such as login, language preferences or remembering commenter details may use cookies. You can manage cookies in your browser; blocking some cookies may affect the corresponding functions.

The website loads some mathematics display and calculation libraries from the jsDelivr CDN. When your browser requests these files, the CDN provider may receive your IP address and technical request information. See the jsDelivr Privacy Policy.

Website usage measurement

The website loads Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and sends measurement data only after you choose “Allow” in the statistics notice. When browsing as a guest, you can choose “Decline” and continue reading lessons, or open Statistics choices at the foot of public pages with measurement to change your choice or withdraw consent. Your choice is stored in your browser until you change it or clear the website’s browser data. When you withdraw consent, the website stops sending GA4 events and disables or removes its GA4 cookies to the extent permitted by your browser. This does not automatically delete data already sent to GA4.

For consenting guest visits, the website uses GA4 to measure page views, traffic sources, page scrolling, clicks on PDF links and form submissions reported as successful by the website, to improve its lessons and usability. A PDF-link click does not confirm a completed download; a successful form message does not confirm delivery to the recipient’s mailbox. GA4 may process cookies, browser identifiers, page addresses and technical visit data.

We do not send names, email addresses, enquiry text or form-field values to GA4. Page and link addresses used for measurement have query strings and fragments that may contain user information removed. The website does not enable Google Signals, advertising personalization or remarketing using GA4 data.

The website’s GA4 identifier cookie is configured to last up to 60 days without extending its expiry just because you visit again; your browser may remove it sooner. The GA4 retention setting for user-level and event-level data is separate and is currently 2 months. This setting does not apply to all aggregated reports, server logs, email-sending logs or backups. In addition to the website’s statistics choices, you can manage cookies in your browser and consult Google’s Analytics opt-out guidance. See also how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Accounts and comments

If you use account or commenting functions provided on the website, the information you enter is processed to provide that function. Comment text and your display name may become public when the comment is published. Do not include private information in public comments. Reading free lessons does not require registration for a paid class.

Google services and external content

On pages with embedded YouTube videos, loading the player may connect to Google/YouTube. Opening a YouTube link takes you to that service. Embedded players may use cookies and process technical information under the relevant service settings.

The website also links to documents on Scribd. Opening a link or loading an embedded Scribd viewer may send technical data to that service and involve cookies. See the Scribd Global Privacy Policy.

Google Meet is used for online teaching once a class has been agreed. Other participants may see your display name and the content you share during the session. Use of YouTube and Meet is also subject to the Google Privacy Policy.

Requests to review, correct or delete information

You can email contact@cunghoctoan.com with the email you used, the approximate contact date and the information you want us to review. You do not need to include identity documents in your initial request.

We review requests in light of the records still held and the practical capabilities of the website, mailbox and relevant services. We may need to confirm your contact details to avoid changing the wrong information. When responding, we will explain what can be done and any limitations involving backups or external services.
